Questions and answers
Is NEXVORIA™ ERP a replacement for Tally?
For most small and mid-sized businesses, yes: it covers accounts, GST, stock and payroll in one cloud system. Masters and opening balances can be imported from Tally or Busy exports, and on the Pro plan we move them for you.
Can I use NEXVORIA™ only for accounting?
Yes. Switch on only the parts your company uses, and the menus follow. You can add stock, payroll or CRM later.
Which reports are included?
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, day book, ledgers, receivables and payables ageing, sales and purchase registers, item-wise and customer-wise sales, and the HSN-wise summary, in every plan.
Can my accountant or CA log in?
Yes. Each person gets their own login and a role that decides which branches, modules and reports they can see.
Is my accounting data safe?
Each company has its own database, hosted on Microsoft Azure in India, with two-step sign-in and backups. You can export your data to Excel at any time.
