Does it work on a phone?
Yes. NEXVORIA™ ERP works in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop and can be installed from the browser like an app, with no separate download.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The live demo opens a private sample company for the industry and department you choose, with no sign-up and no password.
How do I get support or ask for a change?
From inside the ERP: Report an issue, under your name, opens a ticket with the screen filled in. You get a ticket number and a first answer at once, every ticket is checked for its cause and for what a change would affect before anything is changed, and you can follow it until it is fixed and released. How much does NEXVORIA™ ERP cost?
NEXVORIA™ ERP has three plans: Starter ₹1,199, Growth ₹2,999 and Pro ₹5,999 a month per company, billed yearly, plus 18% GST. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with every module open and no card needed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial with every module open and no card needed.
What is included in every plan?
Hosting, backups, updates, support, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill and GST returns are included in every plan, and you can export your data to Excel at any time.
Can I add more users or branches?
Yes. Add more users at ₹299 per user a month, more branches or GSTINs at ₹799 per branch a month and more employees on payroll at ₹25 per employee a month, billed with your plan, plus GST.
Is there an enterprise option?
Yes. For more than 25 users, many branches or a rollout across a group, there is a custom price, your own database, data moved in from Tally, Busy or SAP, and a named manager.
GST and compliance
Does NEXVORIA™ ERP support e-Invoice and e-Way Bill?
Yes. The e-Invoice IRN and signed QR code are generated from the invoice screen, and e-Way Bill data is carried on invoices and delivery challans.
Does it prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?
Yes. GSTR-1 by section and GSTR-3B with input tax credit are prepared for each GSTIN from the documents you post.
Does it handle TDS?
Yes. TDS on vendor bills (including section 194Q) and TDS on salary are worked out, and TDS deducted by your clients is recorded.
Does payroll cover PF, ESI and professional tax?
Yes. PF, ESI, professional tax by state and TDS on salary are calculated every month.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
NEXVORIA™ ERP is hosted on Microsoft Azure in India, and each company has its own database that is never mixed with another company's.
Is two-step sign-in available?
Yes. Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app or emailed codes, backup codes and trusted browsers.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Data is backed up on NEXVORIA™ servers, and a weekly backup can also be saved to your own Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint folder.
Does the AI see sensitive data?
No. Bank, PAN and Aadhaar numbers and other people's salaries are never sent to the AI.
Moving to NEXVORIA™
Can I move from Tally or Busy?
Yes. Items, customers, vendors and opening balances are imported from Tally, Busy or Excel exports, with every row checked first. On the Pro plan we move them for you.
How long does setup take?
The ERP sets itself up from your company details when you register. Starter includes a one-hour online setup call, Growth up to 3 hours of setup and training, and Pro a named onboarding manager with up to 8 hours.
