Questions and answers
Can field staff mark attendance from their phone?
Yes. Field staff punch in, and check in and out at client sites, stores or events, from the employee app. Their location is noted once at that moment.
Does NEXVORIA™ track employees' location all day?
No. Location is read only when the employee punches in or checks in at a site. Nothing tracks them in between.
Can I set office locations?
Yes. Add one or more office locations with a radius, and office staff punch in there.
Does it work with our biometric machine?
Yes, with ZKTeco and other machines that support ADMS (cloud server) push. Point the machine at your company's NEXVORIA™ address; HR approves it once and links each machine ID to an employee. Fingerprints stay on the machine. Biometric machines are an add-on at ₹149 a machine a month.
Can Saturday be a weekly off?
Yes. Choose the weekly off days in settings (Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday). Leave, the sandwich rule, comp-offs and payroll follow it.
Is HRMS included in every plan?
